•    Lead Manager for 120 new engineers and 60 experienced engineers and assistant manager for 120 engineers; Restructured training programs for clients and engineers, improved delivery structure by introducing self- learning tools and revalidating necessary information contributing to attrition rates declining from 20% to 7% for new engineers

Promoted to Senior Field Engineer within 18 months compared to average 2 years and transferred to the highest profile location in North America within 2 years

Primary Achievements and Responsibilities:
•    Coordinated and conducted operations for major clients on high profile oilfield evaluation projects  in SW US territories and Gulf of Mexico territories, leading to increased long-term contracts and selection as premier engineer for US$2 million+ deepwater projects
